Payment and Prices.

• Prices exclude Taxes, VAT, duties and customs clearance fees, which will be collected by customs or the postal service. (DDU term = Delivered Duty / VAT Unpaid.)
• We accept payment by Paypal(click to verify) as a general rule. But if you want to pay by bank transfer, please contact us.
• You have to pay in full before shipping.
• OS pre-install charge: The Ubuntu·Amahi·VortexBox is free. But, there is an additional charge for an OS pre-install because our engineer fully installs/updates an OS(not OEM installation mode) and tests it with a wide checklist, also compiles drivers if it is necessary, to ensure that the system will be working properly when it arrives for customer.
  

Shipping and Lead time.

• We ship World-wide. Please check out international shipping destination before you order! 
• Shipping charges are calculated by weight and you can estimate shipping charge in the checkout process.
  
• We ship to Paypal provided buyer's address only. (Please use "confirmed address")
  
• We send the tracking number to you by email when your order is shipped.
  
• We aim to dispatch your purchase usually take 1-2 working day, but like everyone else have an occasional day off and take Holidays, during these periods, dispatch may take a little longer.
• As a general rule, shipments are sent by the Korea Post EMS(Express Mail Service). The Express Mail Service (EMS) is fast, reliable and a cost-effective Door-to-Door Courier Service to international customers.
  
• Delivery Standard is 3~5 business days. Delivery dates and lead times are approximate.
  
• EMS is trackable at track-trace.
  
• Please contact us if you want to use other delivery service like FedEx, DHL, UPS, Korea Post international parcel service, etc.
  
• Build and Test: Please allow 2 or 3~5 working days for completion before shipment date. Systems (include I/Os, H/W components) that are assembled and fully tested using OS(Ubuntu or Amahi or tested OS) and system test software by our engineer. We also checks the BIOS, firmwares, drivers and OS is the latest state. If not, we'll update and compile. Occasionally, when a customer buy the components separately with the intention of assembling the system him/herself, there are unexpected hardware(or software) incompatibilities or failures. We want to make certain that a system is fully operational when it arrives for customer.
