Terms and Conditions.
Offers, Services and Sales of Evo Technologies are made only pursuant to these conditions.

Orders.
Please always use our online store to order. Delivery of products is subject to stock availability. If we are unable to satisfy your order due to insufficient stock, we will let you know and suggest alternatives by email. Also orders may be rejected for any reason. Prepayments made by Customer will be refunded in this case.

Prices.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices exclude Taxes, VAT, duties and customs clearance fees, which will be collected by customs or the postal service. (DDU term = Delivered Duty / VAT Unpaid.)

Payment
.
We accept payment by Paypal and you have to pay in full before shipping. But you can pay by bank transfer for volume order. Goods and services supplied remain the property of Evo Technologies until paid in full.

Shipping.
We ship to Paypal provided buyer's address only. We send the tracking number to you by email when your order is shipped.

We aim to dispatch your purchase usually take 1-2 working day, but like everyone else have an occasional day off and take Holidays, during these periods, dispatch may take a little longer. Shipments are sent by Korea Post EMS. (Delivery Standard: 3~5 days, and Delivery dates and lead times are approximate)

All goods are very carefully parceled and all transport risk transfers to customer once goods are handed to the carrier. In the event of any damage or loss during transportation, complaints should be made to the carrier, In the event of unforeseen and fortuitous events or causes beyond control (strikes, floods, fires, etc), we are not responsible for delays in delivery.

Please notify us by email within 24 hours of delivery if there is a problem with your order. If item(s) are missing from your order, we will dispatch them as soon as possible.

Returns.
Customer has 7 calendar days (1 week) from the receipt date to return the products. Defective or incorrect products will be refunded. Shipping charges, the cost of postage, transport and insurance are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping products back to our office. All items(s) are subject to a 5% restocking fee. All products/systems are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. We do not offer refunds or returns if you simply change your mind (included due to your carelessness).

All defective or incorrect item(s) must be returned to us before a refund can be issued. Please do not return any item(s) without first contacting us to discuss the problem and to obtain a return details.

Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the returned product during shipment.

The return goods must be returned in perfect condition for resale, in their original packaging, along with all paperwork regarding the order, a copy of the proof of delivery and delivery date, and a copy of the invoice. The following case are non-refundable:  1) item(s) have been defaced, modified, or physically damaged or 2) item(s) have been damaged, misused, or modifid by the customer. 3) item(s) have the warranty label/mark removed or altered by customer 4) item(s) returned without original retail packaging, or accessories (manual, cables, documents, etc.) 5) special orders and volume orders.

If any item(s) is missing or defaced or modified or physically damaged, we may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing or defaced or modified or damaged item(s). We also reserves the right to return any incomplete parcels to the customer.

Warranty.
We guarantee products against defects in workmanship and material for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment. (* Adapter: 3 months)

If the goods is under warranty, customer pays return shipping to us, we may repair the product, replace it with an equivalent new or refurbished product and we pays shipping to send to customer. Customer is responsible for backing up any data.

This warranty is void if the product has been altered, damaged, misused or abused by customer or accident.
